Banyuwedang Hot Spring - Favourite Bali Destination

Banyuwedang Hot Spring Water is located in Buleleng Regency about 60km from Singaraja city, periphery of boundary of area of National Park of West Bali. In the north side is area of Batu Ampar that consisted of the chalky land. This Batu Ampar area has been plotted to be new tourism area, considering the existence of huge fascination potency, among other things the existence of the Sea Garden around Venison Island (Menjangan Island).

The road to Banyuwedang has been hardened and also has been builded parking area. In the source of the embanked hot water spring has been builded with few bathrooms.

Banyuwedang Hot Spring Water stem from heat wellspring which appear on the coast. this Hot water are located under water when the sea water are high. Representing largest hot water source, concrete building of safeguard made in the form of functioning circle as dam, so that at the time of high water the hot water do not mixed with the sea water. this Hot water containinga lot of brimstone with the temperature about 40 degree celcius.

Because its brimstone content which is high enough, this hot water trusted extendedly even to Java because this hot water can heal some disease especially skin disease. Don’t be surprise if a lot of people who come to this place hoping that their skin disease will be heal. Coast where this hot water source, growed by the mangrove crop preventing coastal abrasion. Can be told that this coast Bayuwedang free from the abrasion. Existence of bay and some white sand around add the tourism asset around this Banyuwedang.

The existence of heat water contains brimstone which is located in coastal periphery supported with the area which its resident seldom so that can be made a cool atmosphere, causing Local Government of Bali will develop this area as Health Tourism area.
