Englewood Florida Real Estate

Englewood Florida HomesSouth of Venice and north of Port Charlotte is Englewood, Florida, also known as “the Gem of the Suncoast.” Englewood has earned this reputation with its warm climate, beautiful beaches and quiet Gulf setting. Located on the Cape Haze peninsula, Englewood residents have access to a number of great waterways from the Gulf of Mexico to Lemon Bay. Englewood residents also enjoy close access to a number of tropical destinations such as the Little Gasparilla Island and the Manasota barrier islands.

Englewood has everything that you would expect in a thriving coastal community, from its convenient location to its beautiful tropical settings. With 4 Gulf Beaches and 2 state parks, there are a number of ways to enjoy this pristine and natural area. Englewood Beach offers something for everyone—leisure seekers will love the tiki bars, picnic areas, tourist shops and miles of sandy beaches, while adventure seekers can enjoy boating, skiing, sailing and more. Englewood also has some of the areas finest schools, shopping centers and hospitals, and fine dining. Most chain restaurants are located in nearby Port Charlotte, leaving you to enjoy all of the privately owned restaurants that Englewood has to offer, many of which are right on the water and serve delicious local fare.

Englewood Florida Real Estate Englewood FL is also an ideal setting for young families, winter residents and retirees alike. With a relatively low crime rate, the average age of Englewood residents is 58, and the population is expanding quickly. Englewood is currently one of the least developed areas on Florida’s Gulf coast, home to less than 50,000 full-time residents, leaving plenty of opportunity for building the home of your dreams on the lot of your choice. However, many existing homes have direct water access, ranging in small single-family homes to expansive luxury homes. There are also a number of condominiums and townhouses available for those looking for more moderately priced real estate. The Rotonda area offers a lovely deed restricted community with homes, condos and villas located on waterways and near golf courses priced from the 100,000’s to millions of dollars.

Englewwood FL Real Estate Perhaps the reason that people love living in Englewood is that it is quite literally a perfect central location to all that Southwest Florida has to offer. Centrally located between Tampa and Naples, Englewood residents can still enjoy a quiet tropical paradise home, while being near to major airports, amusement parks, sporting events, arts and entertainment and unlimited shopping possibilities. Nearby Port Charlotte also offers all of the same conveniences you could possibly need. However, with all there is to do in Englewood, you may never want to leave! Whether you prefer a leisurely afternoon of strolling the beaches and searching for dolphins, birds and manatees or enjoy outdoors activities like golfing, tennis, fishing and boating, Englewood has something for everyone.

Mexico Real Estate - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Taheima Resort

TAHEIMA RESORT

Puerto Vallarta lies on the Pacific coast of the state of Jalisco, approximately 125 miles (200 kms) directly west of the state capital of Guadalajara. With a population of 166,000, Puerto Vallarta has many amenities, but is hardly a metropolis. The city’s adobe homes, tiled roofs, and the white sand beaches ringing the Bahía de Banderas to the north and south assure visitors of the place’s tranquil security.

Puerto Vallarta is sometimes thought of as the gateway to tropical southern Mexico. The Bahía de Banderas forms almost a perfect semi-circle, with Puerto Vallarta at its apex. Glancing inland, the mountains leading to the Central Highlands of Mexico are plainly visible providing a dramatic backdrop to this thrilling oceanfront town. To the north are the wonderful and growing communities of Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nuevo Vallarta and Punta Mita in the neighboring state of Nayarit that continue to attract real estate buyers and investors from all over the world.

Puerto Vallarta has become a highly visible, desirable destination for settlers from North America. Condominiums can be high-priced, at perhaps US$300,000-400,000. On crossing the Ameca River into the neighboring state of Nayarit to the north, one finds a greater range of housing, including much more affordable options. Smaller family units are sometimes found there for well less than US$100,000. Puerto Vallarta still offers a great variety of types of housing, and though nothing is certain, buyers may expect their homes to appreciate significantly in the present market.
